Two traffic accidents in Teguise

Two
traffic
accidents
took
place
within
eight
hours
in
Teguise
yesterday.

The
first
incident
was
reported
at
2.06
pm
and
involved
a
collision
between
two
vehicles
near
the
northern
entry
to
Costa
Teguise
on
the
LZ-1
Tahiche-Guatiza
road.
Firemen
had
to
free
one
of
the
victims
from
their
vehicle
and
two
men
and
a
woman
were
taken
to
hospital
with
multiple
injuries.

Later,
at
9.40
pm,
a
car
flipped
over
after
colliding
with
another
vehicle
on
the
Avenida
de
las
Palmeras,
also
in
Costa
Teguise.
The
driver
and
only
occupant
of
the
vehicle
managed
to
get
out
of
the
car
and
was
taken
to
hospital
with
“light
injuries.”
